Abstract
The article presents a system of statistical indicators characterising the quality of life of the population, divided into six sections: state support, demography, healthcare, education, living con ditions, and environment. The main data sources were the websites of the World Bank, the Interstate Statistical Committee of the CIS, and national statistical services. Missing data were imputed using special statistical methods. An integral assessment of the quality of life was calculated and analysed for the years 2014, 2019 and 2024, both overall and for the six dimensions, taking into account the direction of influence of factors across the CIS countries, with the exception of Turkmenistan. The consistency of changes in the ranking positions of the CIS countries over time was assessed using Spearman’s rank correlation coefficient. Visualisation of the quality of life in the CIS countries for 2024 was performed using Chernoff faces in the STATISTICA software package.
