Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of financial management in apartment buildings based on a collective approach. The main problems are considered, such as uneven distribution of the financial burden and restriction of the rights of owners. Economic and managerial solutions are proposed to improve management efficiency (expanding the rights of owners, introducing financial planning tools and attracting external experts). Special attention is paid to the development of collective participation mechanisms aimed at the economic sustainability of apartment buildings and improving the quality of life of residents
