Abstract
The article presents a methodology for assessing territories by the level of compliance with the deadline for the fulfillment of contractual obligations (including warranty obligations). For the construction industry for 2013-2023, integral indicators were calculated for the regions, a typology was carried out, a probit regression equation was built to determine new objects of observation, and a portfolio analysis matrix was obtained. Conclusions are drawn and measures are proposed aimed at improving the level of compliance with the deadline for the fulfillment of contractual obligations (including warranty obligations).
